We were commissioned by HDK Developments to create four images of the upcoming development in Stellenbosch, Cape Town.

They required one aerial showing the whole development, one gatehouse render which needed to show the hill in the background, one street view showing the houses and planting and one pool area render.

We planned to do an early morning drone shoot to get good lighting, but we ended up having to go to the site three times before we finally got the lighting that we were looking for. We also ended up doing a short 12-second areal animation to test drone and CGI integration.

The client was very excited when they saw the final images and animation.
